The January minutes had been misplaced and weren’t read
· Anita reconstructed them and placed them on the Web Site
First Fruits Report (Judy Kendzora)
· Report on Discussion
o Committee Reviewed current distributions
§ Verified funds were still needed
§ Selected Agencies still meet our mission
§ Will review as needed / at least once a year
o Added Our Lady of Americas
o Anita is redesigning the First Fruit envelop to reflect a more accurate description of choices
§ The envelop has been completed and sent to print
· Distribution of 8th Grade Funds
o Anne will follow up with John Gaffney
§ Anne reported back that their contribution would go to the Homeless Youth Centers of Iowa
St. Theresa House - Update (Anita Holub)
· Signed up for Iowa Saves
· Hoping to get a job with Firestone –will work overtime whenever possible
· Signed up for Emergency Assistance for past & current heat bills
· Phone bill needs paid
· Automobile needs repairs
Lenten Soup Supper - Friday, Feb. 15, 2008 - Finalize planning
· 10 volunteers for soup
· 2 volunteers for crackers
· 2 volunteers for bread
· 1 volunteer for cheese slices
· 1 volunteer for 2 gallons of milk
· volunteers to setup/seve/clean up
· Great Response

CISS and St. Joe's Homeless Meal - February 29, 2008 (Anita Holub)

o Meals taken in during recovery

Coffee Sales Instruction Update (Anita Holub)
· Coffee Sales Feb. 23 and 24, 2008.
o Verify included in mass announcements before 4:30 Saturday Night Mass
o Price Increases are coming
o Ordered extra chocolate before increase
o Have purchased $20,600 from CRS in last 5 years
· Workshops were very good again this year

· DMARC Business Meeting - Feb. 21, 2008 - Plymouth Congregational Church
