v Angel Tree – Barb wanted us to know that
she appreciated all the support for the project. We had many new people involved this year. 92 Angels where taken from the tree before

but someone quickly bought gifts. There
was some wrong information given to us from Prison Ministry with did cause
confusion during the project.

upcoming caucuses & elections were discussed. AMOS would help people develop a more positive attitude toward
the political process and become more involved.

are 2 “Tom Foolery” fundraisers this month; 1 in Ames & 1 in DM. John will be attending a workshop on
prophetic mission in Omaha on Feb 24th.
Other News and Volunteer

v Articles for the bulletin – Amanda would
like filler articles for the bulletin. This is a great way to educate and promote
SC topics. Kathy S. offered to submit an article about the Food
Pantry. Contact Anne for further ideas.
v Time and Talent F/U – Anne was able to
contact all but 8 people on the list.
Those interested in becoming part of SC will be added to the email list.
v Political Contacts – Anne would like to
develop a listing of legislators and elected city or county officials and make
this available to all. Might we be able
to put this on the web page as a link? Tom Chapman might already have a
listing. Anne will check. If anyone would like to help with this
project or knows of a similar listing please contact Anne.

Patrick and the Mission in your prayers while he recovers from his injuries.
