A.    Director of Faith Formation – 6:00  

    1. WFF finished May 6
    2. Of 15 catechists, 6 not returning
    3. Catechist certifications May 27
    4. 1st Communion – 46 children
    5. adolescent catechesis in the parish (high school) will include Confirmation
    6. Generations of Faith finished, next year will be Bible and Scripture
    7. Vacation Bible School (Totus Tuus), 80 grade school, 12 high school registered, every grade represented in K-8
    8. Grant money purchased TV in west meeting room
    9. Discernment for Faith Formation Council, 3 new people
    10. Faith Formation Fair on Aug 15/16
    11. Sr. Jude Golden Jubilee reception at STS Sept 12/13

    1. Mary Hingtgen moving to 5th grade

    4. Jen Faber teaching Spanish 60%/40% regular teacher in 3rd/5th and asstant principal
    5. Wergin moving back to 2nd grade; Stromer moving to 4th grade
  4. CTO  $1220 largest award to family at STS ($50,005 total)

A. Rachel contact chair (Bob) and asked for Bd of Ed members be put on agenda to Finance Council the need for different accounting procedures

  1. E-mail Rachel list of concerns and suggestion.
    1. Move billing to school and pay person to do billing
  2. Rachel will email back list of concerns and suggestions and will forward to Finance members
